Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repair.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Ability to communicate with team members and residents to provide customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, and related areas.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner per company standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready promptly; performs turnkey work as required.
• Conducts apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains safety culture by following policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Performs hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding within standards.
