Vivmark Residential in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to install, diagnose, and repair systems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance within our apartment communities. You will handle service requests, complete preventative maintenance, and ensure on-time, safe repairs to keep residents satisfied.

Qualifications include 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

• Ability to read and understand maintenance policies and safety data sheets.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances.
• Complete service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure vacant homes are rent-ready and repairs are timely.
• Maintain safety culture and follow Vivmark policies.
• Perform hot works and basic carpentry as needed.
