Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Virginia (Fairfax) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to advance your maintenance career while ensuring high-quality living spaces for residents. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems to keep apartments in top condition.

You will perform preventative maintenance, support on-call coverage, and uphold safety standards. A valid driver's license and 2–3 years of experience are required; the role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in an on-call rotation and provide good customer service.
• Ability to read policies and safety data sheets (SDS) and use PPE properly.
• Knowledge of PPE and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and safety systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner; keeps vacancies rent-ready.
• Performs preventative maintenance and assists in painting as needed.
• Maintains safety standards and follows Vivmark safety policies.
• Communicates with residents and team members to ensure quality living environments.
