Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Bothell, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to advance our high‑standard property services. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues to keep apartment homes in top condition.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-call rotations.
• Ability to read and follow policies and safety data sheets (SDS).

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry issues.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner and maintain standards.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready and perform turnkey work as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and assist in painting as needed.
• Maintain safety culture and proper use of PPE.
