You will work on a high-volume line, manage station stock, and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented service culture that reflects the Tribe's values and standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Culinary arts degree from accredited school preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience in high-volume line or production cooking.

Mansioni

• Maintains workstation, ensuring flavor, quality and timing align with recipes.
• Knows basic and specialty foods; operates standard equipment and knives.
• Labels and dates food items; follows FIFO and waste logging.
• Reports injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
• Performs other duties to support department efficiency.
