Responsibilities

• Maintains workstation with consistent flavor, quality and timing; keep stock for forecasted flow.
• Knowledgeable in basic and specialty food products; operate standard equipment (Woks, Rotisseries, Smokers, Teppanyaki grills).
• Reads recipes and production lists; labels and dates food; manages FIFO and waste logging.
