Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree in related field preferred.
• Current universal refrigeration license or equivalent trade license.
• 3+ years HVAC/R experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes planned maintenance, repairs, and modifications within the facility.
• Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants; diagnoses faults.
• Collaborates with technicians to maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
• Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately; logs readings.
• Uses standard issue tools and keeps work areas clean and orderly.
• Observes company safety policies and uses PPE.
• Works on team-based goals.
