Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking a Service Technician II for HVAC systems to inspect, diagnose, test, and repair commercial equipment. You will perform maintenance in accordance with safety standards and service agreements, ensuring reliable operation.

You will work on split systems, rooftops, water-source heat pumps, and airside equipment, contributing to profitability and customer satisfaction while supporting on-call rotations and on-site visits.

Qualifications

2-5 years of hands-on HVAC service technician experience required
High School Diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree preferred
Required registrations, licenses or certifications as per position

Responsibilities

Diagnose and optimize performance of HVAC systems (split, mini-split, RTU, WSHP, CRAC, chillers, airside equipment).
Disassembly/reassembly for diagnostics and maintenance.
Fulfill service contracts, quotes and service calls while ensuring profitability.
Build long-term customer relationships and explain work performed.
Participate in on-call standby rotation as per policy.
Safely operate vehicles per policy and safety requirements.
Procure materials and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
Maintain tools and inventory on service vehicle.
