Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years maintenance experience
• Journeyman’s Card preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment required
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook
• CMMS knowledge beneficial for internal candidates

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance of facility, equipment and grounds as directed
• Completes daily assignments as scheduled
• On-site service and repair of equipment
• Meet or beat 90% of estimated repair times
• Collaborates with other departments
• Adheres to OSHA, EPA and company safety practices
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings and manuals
• Safe waste management and PPE compliance
• May train other employees or fill in as Team Lead when needed
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and pass downs into CMMS
