Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Advanced Program Specialist to join our team, providing leadership and supervision to the program staff while coordinating assessments and developing individualized support plans for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will guide skill-building initiatives, collaborate with teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and help maintain program reports and budgets in a compassionate, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills; able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based systems.
• Valid driver's license and access to a properly insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update comprehensive assessments for each individual
• Collaborate with teams to create and monitor Individual Support Plans
• Educate staff and monitor implementation of support strategies
• Support teams during behavioral incidents, psychiatric hospitalizations, and skill training
• Conduct effective team meetings and serve as point person for investigations
• Ensure consistency and regulatory compliance of all clinical documents
• Assist with licensing audits and required documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory standards
• Complete financial reconciliations and monitor program expenditures
• Prepare program reports and statistical data
• Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with supervisors, peers, and other employees
• Seek and participate in professional development opportunities

Bachelor's degree + 2 years experience with ID/autism

Master's degree + 1 year with ID/autism
