Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks an Advanced Program Specialist to provide leadership and supervision for the program team, coordinate assessments, and guide skill-building initiatives for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will develop individualized plans, collaborate with teams, and educate staff while maintaining regulatory standards and preparing program reports. Strong communication, IT skills, and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of direct work with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree with 1+ year of direct work with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License may be required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update comprehensive assessments for each individual.
• Collaborate with teams to create and monitor Individual Support Plans.
• Educate staff and monitor implementation of support strategies.
• Support teams during behavioral incidents, psychiatric hospitalizations, and skill training.
• Conduct effective team meetings and serve as point person for investigations.
• Ensure consistency and regulatory compliance of all clinical documents.
• Assist with licensing audits and required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Complete financial reconciliations and monitor program expenditures.
• Prepare program reports and statistical data.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with supervisors, peers, and other employees.
• Seek and participate in professional development opportunities.
