Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to join our team of professionals making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Program Specialist provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs, coordinating, developing, and implementing individual assessments, IPs, and education and skill development for individuals and the support team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree with 1 year experience with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to staff within assigned programs.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement individual assessments and IPs.
• Facilitate education and skill development for individuals and the team.
