Job summary

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a full time Program Specialist to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Program Specialist provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs. This includes the coordination, development, and implementation of individual assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for individuals and the support team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus two years' direct work with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
Master's degree or higher with one year direct experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support to staff and individuals served within assigned programs.
Coordinate, develop, and implement individual assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for individuals and the support team.
