Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support teams, coordinating and implementing individual assessments, ISPs, and education for individuals and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years’ experience with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree or higher with one year experience in the same field.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement individual assessments and Individual Support Plans.
• Deliver education and skill development for individuals and the support team.
