Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Merrifield, VA is seeking a Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on Renewal by Andersen products in the field, using a company vehicle. You will diagnose issues, order proper parts, communicate with customers, and ensure safety and quality while maintaining the vehicle and inventory.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least two years in window installation; strong problem-solving and customer service skills are

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Two+ years window installation experience preferred.
• Basic math, legible writing, and basic PC skills (Word/Excel).
• Diagnostic, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal communication, listening and empathy skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products.
• Analyze customers' situations, determine corrective action and verify effectiveness.
• Keep team informed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve service issues.
• Provide accurate part descriptions, including part numbers, to Service RSR.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and inventory.
• Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
