• 6 months of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting or repairing technology products.
• Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic discoveries and make recommendations.
• Repair devices and help customers both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain consistent documentation of customer requests and repairs.
