Responsabilidades

• Serve as Medical Support Assistant (Advanced) for VA Maine Healthcare System.
• Provide administrative support to assigned section.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and clinic profiles.
• Enter data into VISTA and manage documents within 24 hours.
• Promote MyHealthyVet and kiosk usage.
• Handle referrals and initial contact for clinics, patients, call centers.
