Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies, LLC is seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician to deliver behavioral intervention to children with autism and their families. You will implement ABA programs, collect data, and collaborate with parents under a Clinical Supervisor.

The role includes in-field and off-site support, creating progress drafts, coordinating care, and contributing to program development. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum two years' experience with children with special needs or autism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-field ABA intervention and data collection.
• Support families with education and consultation.
• Assist with client programming and data analysis for supervisor.
• Prepare progress reports and review client programs on Catalyst.
