Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reputable clinic, home, or school program is desirable.
• 1 year clinical/home/school experience with children with Autism.
• Willing to learn about an early learning curriculum and behavioral principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Therapists should work with children across ASD levels and in home, school, and community settings.
• Motivated with a strong work ethic and high quality standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data based on observable client behavior.
• Assist lead therapist in maintaining up-to-date graphs and data summaries.
• Write progress notes and program updates; prepare session materials.
• Participate in baseline, treatment, parent training, and generalization sessions.
• Assist with session setup, equipment, and room preparation and cleanup.
• Disseminate protocols, review protocols, and train staff/parents.
