Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited university.
• One year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.
• RBT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teach targeted behaviors using reinforcement, incidental teaching, and pivotal response training.
• Record and summarize data from training sessions and progress.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and facilitate transitions across programs.
