Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) is seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician to provide behavioral intervention to children with autism and their families, working under a Clinical Supervisor. You will implement ABA programs, collect data, and help prepare progress reports for clients.

The role includes in-field and off-site duties, collaboration with parents and BCBAs, and opportunities for on-site BCBA coursework and supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and at least two years' experience working with children with special needs or autism.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs.

Responsibilities

• In-Field Support: act as a floater for the center as needed; provide parent education and consultation; assist with client programming and data analysis; support BCBA as requested.
• Off-Site Support: write first drafts of progress reports; review client programs on Catalyst; conduct program development; assist with coordination of care.
