Job summary

cyberThink is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Mechanicsburg, PA for an 8–9 month contract. The role supports PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, VDI, and inmate environments, performing hardware and software troubleshooting and end-user assistance.

Qualifications

• 3rd level support analyst for PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, VDI and inmate environments.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software escalations; collaborates with IT staff and end users.
• Assists with SCCM deployments, packaging, OSD sequences, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction for processes and problem resolution.
• Maintain OSD task sequences and related packages.
• Review hardware/software purchases and assess IT requirements.
• Support Airwatch, VDI, and inmate environments daily tasks.
