You will provide personalized service, drive revenue for the location, and act as the primary contact for families.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education and experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license if required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation with a minimum of 1-2 hours prospecting daily.
• Obtain referrals from families served by the location.
• Network and build community relationships and partnerships.
• Explain and present pre-need planning options to families.
• Maintain activity levels and track productivity.
• Build trust-based relationships to gain referrals and protect families.
