Qualifications

• Must be able to complete internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends several times per month.
• Must be able to travel drive frequently and maintain a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting for new client families daily.
• Obtain referrals from families served by the location.
• Build community relationships and network with local stakeholders.
• Explain and present pre-need planning options to families.
• Respond to inquiries promptly with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain activity logs and track productivity for sales goals.
• Prepare for appointments and follow through on requests.
