SCI Stamford is hiring for an Advance Planning Funeral Director to serve client families by arranging pre-need plans and engaging with the community across multiple locations. You will drive proactive outreach, presentations, and referrals while delivering exemplary personalized service to protect families' needs.

Successful candidates will have strong customer service or sales experience, ability to work evenings/weekends, and a current driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Lead Generation: prospecting a minimum of 1-2 hours each day; obtain referrals; network and build community relationships; present to families.
• Build Relationships with Families: respond to inquiries timely and professionally; understand family needs; maintain touch for satisfaction; prepare for appointments.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors, location managers, and staff; review past services; share family concerns with SCI team.
