This role covers multiple communities and locations, acting as the primary contact for families and driving revenue for the location.

The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 1–2 years of college or experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and appropriate licensure as required by state

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• License requirements include a valid state driver’s license; an insurance license may be required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting 1–2 hours daily.
• Explain and present pre-need arrangements to families served.
• Build relationships with families and network with the community.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and location staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Prepare for appointments and handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
