Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Colorado is seeking a Program Coordinator at PC I/II/III levels to supervise in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. You’ll support meals, groups, and day-to-day operations while maintaining safety and quality care.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and state credentials where applicable; ServSafe certification may be required, and a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health is preferred for senior levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record required at locations with company vehicles.
• Washington state credential may be required for some locations (depending on state).
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily program structure and supervise patients.
• Facilitate groups and document in EHR.
• Provide meal support and supervise meals and snacks.
• Perform administrative tasks and transportation support as needed.
