• Experience in ADU sales, residential construction, home remodeling, real estate, home improvement, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert ADU sales leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, digital marketing, and business development.
• Develop and maintain a strong residential construction sales pipeline.
• Meet with homeowners to understand their ADU, addition, remodeling, and construction requirements.
• Present ADU design-build and construction solutions based on client needs and budget.
• Coordinate with design, estimating, permitting, and construction teams to ensure smooth handoff after closing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, proposals, follow-ups, and closed deals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
