Job summary

Advantage Homes in California is seeking a Part-Time New Home & ADU Sales Consultant to educate buyers about manufactured homes and ADUs, guide them through the purchase process, and design a home that fits their lifestyle and budget.

You'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through project completion, with professional training, ongoing mentorship, and strong marketing support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends.
• California driver's license; Real Estate License preferred but not required.
• Sales, real estate or customer service experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective homebuyers and conduct consultations.
• Educate clients about manufactured homes and ADUs.
• Assist customers in selecting floor plans and customization.
• Explain financing options and the buying process.
• Generate new business via referrals, networking, events, and social media.
• Follow up with leads using the CRM system and maintain relationships.
