Qualifications

  • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee timekeeping records, including hours worked, overtime, and leave balances.
  • Review and verify timekeeping data for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management, highlighting key metrics and issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance to ensure seamless integration of payroll and timekeeping data.
  • Assist in development and implementation of payroll policies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide support and training to employees on timekeeping and payroll processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees with timely and accurate responses.
