Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Payroll Analyst responsible for completing and transmitting payroll from start to end, ensuring accurate payments, deductions, and compliance. The role supports labor reporting and requires flexibility for irregular working hours, including weekends and holidays due to event-driven workload.

You will handle data entry, validate pay calculations with ADP EV5, generate labor reports, and act as back up for payroll leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior payroll processing experience is required.
• Strong Excel and payroll software skills are essential.
• Experience with labor reporting and timekeeping systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete payroll cycle from data entry to transmission.
• Ensure payroll is transmitted accurately and on schedule using ADP EV5.
• Generate and analyze daily, monthly and event-based labor reports for management.
