Job summary

Opus Inspection, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team. You will process end-to-end payrolls, audit inputs, and ensure timely, accurate pay across multi-state operations using ADP Vantage and Dayforce.

You will maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, manage employee data changes, generate reports, and respond to payroll inquiries while collaborating with HR, Finance and the Payroll Team to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payrolls and ensure timely, accurate pay
• Audit inputs, wage calculations, garnishments, and benefits
• Manage employee data changes and system updates
• Generate regular and ad-hoc payroll reports
