Job summary

Oneida Innovations Group (OIG) is seeking an experienced HRIS & People Operations Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HRIS, payroll operations, and benefits administration. This role serves as the primary owner for ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data integrity, payroll accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep HRIS and payroll expertise, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, payroll, HR operations, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of payroll management or oversight experience.
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS/payroll platform.
• Working knowledge of payroll administration, wage and hour regulations, and multi-state employment practices.
• Experience developing SOPs, operational controls, and scalable processes.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for ADP Workforce Now and related HR systems.
• Manage HRIS configuration, workflows, security, integrations, and data governance.
• Ensure accurate onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, and separations.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and automation.
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and end-user training materials.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory compliance.
• Administer benefits, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc HR, payroll, and compliance reports.
• Provide workforce analytics and insights to leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
