Job summary

Extell Development Company seeks an experienced ADP Workforce Now implementation consultant for a multi-entity project across hourly, salary, union, non-union, prevailing wage, and tipped employees. You will lead data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Finance, and IT teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management, payroll, HRIS, and change management expertise and a proven record of successful full-cycle HRIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ADP Workforce Now implementation experience.
• Demonstrated success leading full-cycle HRIS and payroll implementations.
• Experience migrating from Paycom or a comparable HCM platform preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, time and attendance systems, HRIS configuration and reporting.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to travel to company location(s) as project needs warrant.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall implementation project plan, timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary consultant and advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders and the ADP implementation team.
• Review and validate system requirements and business processes.
• Configure and optimize ADP Workforce Now modules.
• Lead data conversion strategy from Paycom to ADP Workforce Now.
• Create comprehensive testing plans and scripts.
• Coordinate system integration testing, parallel payroll testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop administrator and end-user training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for HR, Payroll, managers, and employees.
• Assist with employee communication strategies and change management efforts.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure implementation aligns with payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
