Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst in Hayward, CA to support HR operations, employee lifecycle transactions, reporting, and systems administration. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity and delivering seamless employee experiences throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing ADP Workforce Now transactions, audits, and payroll/reporting analyses, while partnering with HR, Payroll, and business teams to resolve system issues and drive HR technology improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll Systems, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another enterprise HRIS platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Data Validation, Formulas and Functions, Large Dataset Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions within ADP Workforce Now, including onboarding, job changes, transfers, and terminations.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits, reporting, and quality control processes.
• Generate and analyze HR, payroll, and workforce reports.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and business teams to resolve system and data issues.
• Support process improvements and HR systems initiatives.
• Assist with compliance reporting and documentation requirements.
• Review large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
