Job summary

NISA Investment Advisors, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst, HRIS to advance our HR technology strategy and ensure data integrity across ADP Workforce Now, ServiceNow, and related systems. You will partner with HR, Accounting, and IT to optimize workforce processes and deliver actionable insights.

The role requires 5-7 years of HRIS experience, strong analytical skills, and experience with ADP Workforce Now and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of experience supporting HRIS or HR technology platforms; hands-on ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Experience building and maintaining HRIS integrations between core HR systems and downstream applications.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (workflows, catalog, forms, cases).
Solid understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
Proficiency with reporting tools and/or SQL.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve HR technology roadmap for ADP Workforce Now and related systems.
Provide HR platform support; broaden scope to recruiting and related systems.
Translate HR processes into system configuration and improvements across the employee lifecycle.
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations (ADP, ServiceNow, downstream systems).
Serve as HR's primary vendor liaison with ADP and ServiceNow; ensure SLAs and issue resolution.
