Job summary

RTX seeks an Adoption Enablement Leader to drive adoption of major transformations. You will embed adoption into program planning, build roadmaps, and develop playbooks across Enterprise Services.

The role partners with PM, Change Management, Communications, Knowledge & Education teams and service owners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. The position requires a senior, cross-functional leader capable of shaping adoption strategy, coaching teams, and managing readiness across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Program Management, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Change Lead, Adoption Lead, Business Readiness Lead, or similar-type role.
• 5+ years leading or supporting large-scale organizational change efforts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PM, Change Management, Communications, Knowledge & Education, and SMEs to embed adoption into program planning.
• Develop adoption roadmaps aligned to milestones and readiness at the Business Solutions level.
• Create and maintain adoption playbooks and templates across Business Solutions.
• Communicate Adoption Readiness to leadership at multiple levels across major programs.
• Define cross-program interdependencies and readiness checkpoints.
• Provide adoption guidance and tools; ensure ownership for executing the change.
• Support readiness assessments, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
• Monitor adoption progress and elevate risks or patterns.
• Build adoption capability across teams through coaching and continuous improvement.
• Teach and coach teams on adoption frameworks and practices to enable repeatable execution.
