Job summary

Legora is seeking an Engagement Associate to join our growing team in the Union Square office in San Francisco. You will support world‑class law firms and large corporations as they adopt Legora, learning how change is led inside complex organizations.

You'll work with Engagement Managers and Directors to execute adoption playbooks, build relationships, and help turn Legora into an embedded part of how legal teams work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a foundation in management consulting, client advisory or a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS or legal tech.
• 1–3 years in management consulting, customer success, account management or a related field.
• Experience supporting adoption, retention and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management instincts with detail mindfulness.
• Clear, confident communication skills — written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Growth mindset and ability to learn complex products quickly.
• Interest in AI and leveraging tools to create leverage.

Responsibilities

• Support post-sale customer experience across Legora's strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Contribute to adoption playbooks and tailor change-management approaches.
• Own discrete workstreams from rollout to firm-wide adoption and evolve with client needs.
• Build product fluency and align client goals with Legora's capabilities.
• Prepare success plans and training resources; run enablement sessions and value reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (GTM, Product, Legal Eng, Engineering, Marketing, Support).
• Flag expansion signals to the account lead and ensure seamless handoffs.
• Channel client feedback to Product, Engineering and Marketing to inform roadmap.
