Job summary

Legora is seeking an Engagement Associate to support the adoption of its AI-native legal work platform for top law firms and corporations. You will work with Engagement Managers and Directors to drive adoption, build relationships, and integrate Legora into client workflows.

The role focuses on executing adoption playbooks, coordinating with multiple teams, and delivering measurable ROI as AI capabilities expand. Growth toward owning an account book is expected as you learn the business.

Qualifications

• Foundation in management consulting or client advisory roles.
• Experience with client-level projects and driving measurable outcomes.
• 1–3 years in management consulting, customer success, or account management.
• Exposure to enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support post-sale customer experience across onboarding, adoption and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Own discrete workstreams from rollout to firm-wide adoption and adapt to evolving needs.
• Build product fluency and guide client teams toward value from Legora."
• Prepare success plans and training resources, run enablement sessions and stakeholder check-ins.
• Coordinate with GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing and Support to maintain end-to-end account context.
• Assist on commercial moments to enable seamless handoffs and flag expansion signals.
• Channel client feedback to Product, Engineering and Marketing to inform roadmap and enablement.
• Track account health and usage in tools to surface risks or opportunities.
