Job summary

Legora is seeking an Engagement Associate to support the world’s top law firms and corporations in adopting Legora’s AI-powered platform. You will help execute adoption playbooks, manage change programs, and coordinate with GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to drive measurable ROI.

You will learn from senior Engagement Managers, grow toward owning accounts, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong emphasis on outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Foundation in management consulting or client advisory, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal tech.
• Experience supporting enterprise client projects and driving measurable outcomes.
• 1–3 years in management consulting, customer success, or related fields.
• Exposure to adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new product domains quickly and grow toward owning accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support post-sale customer experience across strategic accounts.
• Contribute to adoption playbooks, stakeholder maps and target outcomes.
• Own discrete workstreams from rollout to scaled adoption.
• Build product fluency and surface client goals to leads.
• Prepare success plans, training resources, and enablement sessions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accelerate client success.
• Flag expansion signals to the account lead and support handoffs.
• Channel feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap.
