Job summary

Legora is transforming how legal work is done from Denver, CO, with an emphasis on adoption and long-term value realization for enterprise clients. You will own onboarding, adoption, and ROI-driven outcomes for a portfolio of law firms or corporate legal teams, acting as trusted advisor and quarterback.

You will design client playbooks, sequence initiatives, and partner across GTM, Product, and Engineering to maximize Legora's impact and expand use cases.

Qualifications

• Consulting or transformation background inside large, complex organizations.
• Experience building tailored transformation roadmaps and adoption plans.
• 3–6 years for Manager, 5–8 years for Senior Manager in management consulting, legal, LegalTech, or customer success in an AI-native B2B vertical.
• Track record of adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with legal, compliance, or other regulated industries or ability to learn a complex domain fast.
• Strong program and project management skills; multi-workstream initiative leadership.
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, interpersonal.
• High EQ; able to listen, advise, and act.
• Enjoy fast-paced, early-stage environments and building playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design each client's adoption playbook: tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map, and outcomes.
• Execute playbook: rollout to enterprise-wide adoption and evolve as needs and Legora capabilities change.
• Act as strategic advisor who understands client goals and guides teams to maximum Legora value.
• Drive value through a structured cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, value reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support).
• Partner with GTM on commercial moments to ensure transitions and expansion opportunities.
• Translate feedback into action by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
