CARNEGIE VILLAGE SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON / LPN) to support and manage Nursing Services for residents, ensuring care in line with physician orders and resident needs. In partnership with the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing operations around the clock and uphold quality standards per federal, state and company guidelines.

The role requires current LPN licensure in the practicing state, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN in the state where practicing.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Nursing Services under physician orders and resident needs.
• Work with the Director of Nursing to oversee 24-hour supervision and maintain standards.
• Direct the Nursing Department to meet current federal, state, and company guidelines.
