Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is seeking an Interim Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / LPN to support and manage Nursing Services for residents, under the DON. The role ensures 24-hour supervision and compliance with federal and state standards.

Ideal candidates are licensed LPNs with nursing degrees, prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC exposure, and leadership experience. This position emphasizes compassionate care, professional presence, and strong communication in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN in the practicing state is required.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and carry out administration and management of Nursing Services.
• Supervise Nursing Services 24 hours in partnership with the DON.
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards per regulations.
• In DON's absence, assume responsibility for clinical operations.
