Qualifications

• Registered RN or Licensed LPN/LVN in good standing with the state required.
• 3+ years of nursing experience required; 1+ years of long-term care experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management for floor nurses and nursing managers.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding patient service.
• Attract, retain and coach nursing staff to build a high-performing team.
