Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON - LPN) to lead nursing staff across skilled nursing or assisted living communities. This role focuses on leadership, training, and ensuring high-quality, compliant resident care.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, medical staff, and administrators to maintain standards, support the nursing program, and provide clinical guidance in daily operations.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Director of Nursing with training, supervision, and development of nursing staff
• Support the administration of the nursing program to maintain quality standards of resident care
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, CMAs
• Assist with implementing and maintaining nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Collaborate with medical staff, department heads, and administrators on matters related to nursing services
• Support resident assessments, care planning, documentation, and monitoring of changes in condition
• Assist with medication systems in accordance with state regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines
• Participate in quality assurance activities, audits
