Bethany Rehabilitation Health Care Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the administration and management of Nursing Services for residents. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to provide 24‑hour supervision and maintain quality standards in line with federal, state, and company guidelines.

In DON’s absence, you assume clinical operations. The role requires an active RN license in the practicing state, plus an associate or bachelor’s degree and

Qualifikationen

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where you practice.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.
• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.

Aufgaben

• Support and execute administration and management of Nursing Services.
• Oversee 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services with Director of Nursing.
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards per regulations.
• In the absence of the DON, assume responsibility for clinical operations.
