Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee the nursing department, develop policies, and collaborate on care plans. The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with DON/ADON experience and expertise in rehabilitation, wound care, and Medicare regulations. Strong mentorship and regulatory knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

Unencumbered RN license in state of practice with DON/ADON experience.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Rehabilitation focus and wound care experience.
Knowledge of Medicare Part A & B and behavior management for residents.
Familiarity with MDS and care plans; strong regulatory compliance and TQM.
Willing to work 2 weeks a month; CNA/CMT instructor certification helpful.

Responsibilities

Oversee nursing department, including staff management and patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
Ensure adherence to resident rights and HIPAA confidentiality.
Provide leadership to promote a positive work environment.
