Job summary

Bethany Rehabilitation Health Care Center seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / RN to oversee Nursing Services in partnership with the Director of Nursing. The role focuses on 24-hour supervision, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring care aligns with federal, state, and company guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in the state of practice, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred and prior supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the practicing state
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience preferred
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience appreciated

Responsibilities

• Support and carry out administration and management of Nursing Services
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards
• In the absence of the DON, assume responsibility for clinical operations
