Care Initiatives is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON - RN) to join our leadership team. In this role, you will support the Director of Nursing, oversee clinical operations, and mentor nursing staff to maintain high-quality resident care.

You will conduct rounds, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with families and residents to address care needs while promoting a culture of compassion and continuous improvement across our communities.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Desire to learn and grow as part of a clinical team.
• Strong commitment to empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Assist the DON in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department.
• Conduct rounds to monitor care delivery and propose solutions.
• Enforce policies and guide the team, fostering growth.
• Coach RNs to promote teamwork and high-quality care.
• Manage administrative functions to improve department efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with other leaders.
