NHC HealthCare Moulton is actively seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support nursing leadership, clinical operations, and high-quality patient and resident care in Moulton, AL. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for a full-time opportunity and negotiable schedule based on needs.

Formación

• RN license in Alabama (or multi-state license valid in AL).
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Previous nursing leadership, long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Nursing with oversight of nursing services and daily clinical operations.
• Support nursing staff supervision, coaching, education, competencies, and performance.
• Help monitor staffing, scheduling, documentation, care planning, and clinical practices.
• Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement, survey readiness, and infection-prevention activities.
• Assist with reviewing changes in patient and resident condition and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, interdisciplinary team members, patients, residents, and families.
• Support compliance with applicable regulations, professional standards, and NHC policies.
• Serve as a nursing leadership resource and assist with coverage or on-call responsibilities as assigned.
